Q. What are the dates of the tournament?
The Boodles 2018 will run from Tuesday 26th June - Saturday 30th June.

Q. What is the format of the tournament?
The Boodles is a five day, non-competitive, exhibition tournament. Play is scheduled to commence at 12.30pm each day, with a further three matches commencing at 2.30pm. While the duration of each match varies, close of play is expected at approximately 6.30pm.
Q. Who is playing?
The Boodles is very proud to showcase some of the world’s top male tennis players over the five day tournament. However, due to the nature of the sport, we cannot guarantee the appearance of a specific player. For a list of the players announced for the 2017 tournament, please click here.
Q. What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 11.30 am daily.
Q. Can food be purchased on site?
The Boodles is happy to provide a varied selection of food and beverages for purchase. A full garden menu will be available on www.theboodles.com in the weeks leading up to the tournament. Guests are not permitted to bring picnics onto the estate as Stoke Park is a private members Club. Please contact 0207 384 4877 if you have any concerns regarding specific dietary requirements.
Q. What time does the public catering area and bars open and close?
All public catering opens at 11.30am and will close half an hour after the end of the final match.
Q. What is the dress code?
The Boodles has a dress code of ‘Smart Casual’, however we kindly ask that no jeans are worn on the date of attendance. We would encourage our guests to dress for a glamorous summer garden party.
Q. Is there a lower age limit for the tournament?
There is no lower age limit for the tournament. Children under 16 years will require the presence of a parent/guardian. Children over the age of 2 years will require a separate, full price ticket. If you are considering bringing children to the tournament, we would encourage you to contact The Boodles on 0207 384 4877, as we may be able to provide preferential seating access.
Q. When should I expect to receive my tickets?
Stadium and Premium Stadium Passes can be downloaded by logging into your account at www.theboodles.com. Premium Box Passes will be emailed in early June 2018. Players and Legends Enclosure guests can expect to receive their ticket packs in early June 2018. Should you not be in receipt of your passes by 15th June please contact the dedicated ticketing line on 020 7384 4877.
Q. Is there car parking on site?
General parking is free for all guests and does not require a permit or pass. For guests of the Players and Legends Enclosure hospitality, car park passes will be delivered along with the tickets packs in early June 2018. If you require a disabled parking pass, please call 0207 384 4877.
Q. Can I leave our vehicle overnight in the parking lot?
Overnight parking is permissible however, in the unlikely event they occur, we can claim no responsibility for any loss or damages.
Q: What are the alternative transport arrangements?
Should you prefer to take public transport, a complimentary bus will shuttle guests to Stoke Park from Slough Station. The service will depart Slough Station from 11:00 to 14:30 at 30 minute intervals and will resume at 16:30 from Stoke Park to Slough, at 30 minute intervals, until 19:30.
Q. Is there a taxi service available at Stoke Park?
Enquiries can be made directly to Stoke Park at the Palladian Mansion reception area. A taxi pick-up and drop-off area will be signposted, adjacent to the main car park.
Q. Is there disabled parking and accessible seating?
Disabled parking and accessible seating is available on request. Please call 020 7384 4877 with any special requirements.
Q. What types of tickets are available at The Boodles and how much are they?
Our general admission tickets consist of:
Stadium Pass - £79/£84 (depending on date of attendance)
Premium Stadium Pass - £105
Premium Box Pass - £125 (selected dates only)
All tickets provide access to the grounds at Stoke Park, our public catering areas and an assigned seat in the stadium for the anticipated four daily tennis matches.
Q. Are there hospitality packages available for the tournament?
In addition to the general admission tickets, there are Players Enclosure and Legends Enclosure hospitality packages available. For more information, call 020 7384 4877.
Q. Can I buy tickets on the day?
Available tickets can be bought on the website up to and including the desired day of attendance. On occasion, tickets may be available to purchase ‘on the gate’, payable by either Visa or Mastercard. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that gate tickets will be available
Q. Can I go on a waitlist for tickets?
In the event of a specific day or ticket selection selling out, a waiting list is available on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Please contact 020 7384 4877 if you would like to be added to the list.
Q. If I am ticket holder can I make a reservation at one of Stoke Park’s restaurants?
As The boodles takes over most of the Club for the event all restaurants are reserved exclusively for the members of Stoke Park for lunch for the five tournament days. There is however public catering available to all guests which allow delicacies to be enjoyed in the beautiful gardens of Stoke Park. The menu is available at www.theboodles.com in the lead-up to the event. Outdoor seating is available in this area on a first come first serve basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve tables in this area.
Q. What happens if it rains?
If there is less than two hours play on the day of attendance Stadium Pass, Premium Stadium Pass and Premium Box Pass holders may claim a full refund of the purchase price. Players and Legends Enclosure hospitality guests will be entitled to claim a 60% refund, as the hospitality portion of the day will continue as planned. The duration of play is measured using official records of the court umpire. To apply for a refund, please download the Ticket Refund Request Form.
All refund requests must be received by 15th July 2018. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. A refund will be issued via BACS payment to the account details provided on the refund form, once funds have been received from our insurance provider. Only claims made by the original purchaser will be honored.

Q. Where can I find the order of play?
The Order of Play will be released on the evening before the date of attendance. For example, if a ticket has been purchased for Friday, the Order of Play will be released on Thursday evening. The Order of Play will be available at www.theboodles.com and via Twitter.
