The Boodles Challenge is played over five days. Each player in the official field is scheduled to play multiple matches over the five days. The eight man field is assembled in traditional quarter-final format with winners going through to the finals and the losers continuing to compete in a series of exhibition matches throughout the week.
Play is scheduled to commence at 2:30pm. The grounds open at 12:30 for Stadium & Gardens Pass holders.
Refreshments (including food and bar facilities) will be available at the venue. Guests are not permitted to bring picnics onto the estate.

Parking is free for all patrons. A complimentary bus will shuttle guests to the event site. This will depart Slough Station from 11:00 to 14:30 at 30 minute intervals. The Shuttle service will resume at 16:30 from Stoke Park to Slough and will depart at 30 minute intervals up until 19:30.

As The Boodles Challenge is played outdoors, play is subject to the weather. If, due to unfavorable weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid, there is less than two hour's play on the stadium court, Stadium and Garden Pass holders may use this ticket to claim a refund of the purchase price. One hour's play is measured using official records of the court umpire in question. Hospitality attendees (Player’s Enclosure & Legend’s Enclosure) will be entitled to a 60% refund if there is less than 2 hours play on the day of their ticket.

All refund requests must be received by 15th July 2012. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. A refund will be issued to the Credit or Debit Card used to purchase this ticket on or before 1st September 2012. No claim will be made in favour of anyone other than the original purchaser.
The order of play will be available starting from 18th June 2012.
